The follow-up gap stays visible

X.Release 0.13 · reproducible setup
Immutable source / public package / reviewable lifecycle
The public setup path now runs from an immutable package through profile selection, managed installation, diagnosis, team-lock verification, reviewed update, recovery, and rollback.
§ 1stolz-profile
The public `stolz-profile` command keeps selection, installation state, and the next safe action visible.
npm install --save-dev /absolute/downloads/stolz-ai-0.13.0.tgz
npx --no-install stolz-profile resolve --runtime codex
npx --no-install stolz-profile doctor --runtime codex --runtime-version <version> --destination /absolute/path/to/skills
Select a checked-in runtime profile without guessing a skills directory.
Read installation state, the observed runtime version, compatibility basis, adapter availability, and the next action.
Commit a credential-free lock and make CI fail closed when configuration or a reported runtime version drifts.
Review the update first. Transaction records support interrupted-update recovery and verified rollback.
§ 2evidence / boundary
The tagged source and public Actions run passed. The same eight package scenarios passed on Windows and pinned Node.js 22.22.2 Alpine; the dependency audit found no vulnerabilities.
No real pilot owner is recorded for this release. CI and package smokes are not presented as a real-project pilot.
This release makes no v1.0-stability, model-compatibility, provider-token, billing, cost, or savings claim. The package checksum proves published bytes, not runtime compatibility.
